Troubleshooting

If one of your appliances is not working properly please check the following

Air-conditioning


  1. Check if all the outside doors of your room are properly closed.
  2. The common temperature 24-26 degrees Celsius. If it is set lower than 21 degrees Celsius the AC will freeze and water will start leaking. When this happens turn it off for 30 min. or so and it can be restarted.
  3. The icon on the remote should be on * (star). If this is not the case, you can change this by pressing the MODE button to select the correct setting.

Induction cooking stove


  1. Before turning on the stove make sure that the pot or pan is filled (only the ones provided in the kitchen) and is placed on the stove that you want to use.

Nespresso


  1. To place the coffee cup in the right position, lift the small tray attached to the coffee machine.

Turn on the stove


Press the ON button (round) on left side. You can then select the stove you want to use followed by the + and - button to raise and lower the temperature/heat setting.

To un-lock the stove


If the stove does not turn on and the lock button turns red it means that the lock function is enabled.

  • Can you assist us with renting a car or scooter?

    We are happy to arrange any transportation for you including taxi transfers.

  • Do you offer Airport Transfers?

    We can arrange an airport transfer for $30 per transfer.

  • Does the resort have internet access?

    Yes, you can use the WIFI: All Seasons Guests, the password is: AllSeasons2023

  • What time is check-out & check-in?

    Check-in time is from 3 pm. Room check-out time is 10.30 am. Upon departure we kindly ask you to turn off the A/C and lights. You can drop the roomkey in the key drop box in front of the resort.

  • Is a late check-out possible?

    Late check-out is possible only upon availability and an additional

    fee is applicable. Please contact our team. If a late check out is not possible you are most

    welcome to stay at the resort until your departure. 

  • When is the room cleaned?

    Your room is cleaned once a week including towels. 

    For stays longer then 7 nights, bed linnen also will be replaced.

  • Can I order extra towels or bedlinen?

    Yes, extra towels/change of bed linen can be ordered one day upfront for an additional charge:

       

    New bath towels set: $ 10,- per person

    Including; big towel, small towel, face towel, bath mat

    A small clean: $ 40,- 

    Small cleaning + clean bed linen and clean towels 


  • Does the resort offer beach towels?

    Yes, we do! You can ask the front office. 

  • Is there a reception on site?

    No there is no reception, but our guest expiernce is there everyday

  • Can I smoke in the room?

    No. Smoking inside the room is NOT permitted. You can however smoke on the outside porch.

  • What is the hotel’s address?

  • Where can I get beach chairs & sun umbrella?

    You can rent 2 beach chairs and a cooler from us for $50 for your stay. Please let us know via WhatsApp, and we will deliver them to you.

  • What is the currency?

    In Bonaire we use US Dollars. Maestro and Credit cards are accepted in most restaurants and stores.

  • May I use the Pool at all times of the day?

    You may use the Pool between 8 am and 10 pm.

  • Is there a Laundry facility?

    Unfortunately, there is no washing machine available at the resort, but there are many laundromats on the island where you can have your laundry done if you wish.

  • Is it safe to drink the tapwater on Bonaire?

    Yes, it is totally safe to drink Bonaire’s tapwater. It is gained from desalinating ocean water and it is actually of extremely high quality.

  • Where can I buy the Bonaire Nature fee?

    You can purchase the Bonaire Nature fee online only:
